What it actually does
Housefly keeps four running lists for each member: what you promised your clients, what your clients still owe you, a short brief before each call, and a read of your inbox, your store and your ad numbers. It is built to run a business, not to make conversation.
Who built it
Housefly started as Drifted Marketing's own assistant. We use it to run our agency. Concierge is the version we are opening to other owners, one seat at a time.
What it is not
- It is not a chatbot on your website talking to your customers.
- It is not free, and it carries no ads.
- It does not send, pay or change an account on its own. It asks first, every time.
The short version: a texted assistant with its own sealed memory of you, and a human team behind it for the jobs software cannot finish.
